Honor Band Application

Application for the honor band requires 4 elements to be completed and considered:
  1. Completion of the form below
  2. An audition video. The application form provides a place to share a link to your audition video. Please prepare one by adhering to the audition requirements found here.
  3. Teacher / Instructor Recommendation. Your band director must complete and a recommendation form to submit on your behalf after you submit your initial application.
  4. Application Fee. After completion of your application form mail a check with your $50 non-refundable application fee to

Upon receipt of all 4 elements your application will be reviewed by the committee and you will be notified shortly regrading your acceptance to the ensemble. 
All band participants will be required to adhere to the ensemble's Code of Conduct. Students should review the code before submitting their application.  Admissions will occur on a rolling basis, first come, first serve, with the application being closed to submissions after a balanced ensemble is completed. Some sections may be closed to admission before others.
