The Events

In 2016, Catherine starred as Claire in The Events, a play by Scottish playwright David Grieg. It was the first time the play has been performed in Australia, and was written by Grieg as a 'response' to the 2011 gun massacre in Norway. The Events was a co-production with Belvoir St Theatre, State Theatre Company of South Australia and Malthouse Theatre. It only starred one other actor, Johnny Carr, and each night featured a different (local) choir performing.
