Street Fair Application

Wear your walking shoes because you won’t want to miss any of it! The Street Fair covers 13th Avenue between Albert Street and Elphinstone Street, the 2100 block of Retallack and Robinson Street, and the Garnet Street parking lot leading into Funville in Holy Rosary Park. On these blocks you will find over 300 artisans working in a variety of mediums displaying and selling their wares, performance spots for buskers to keep you entertained, and our beer garden in the Cathedral Neighbourhood Center. Most of our vendors operate on a cash basis. Food will be available on every block, including flavors from around the world as well as traditional fair food such as cotton candy, hot dogs, and mini-donuts!

WHERE DO I FIND…

Washrooms: located at 13th Ave & Retallack St, in Holy Rosary Park, at Garnet St, on 13th Ave & Athol St and inside the Cathedral Neighbourhood Center.

Rest Areas: located in the Cathedral Neighbourhood Center (minors must be accompanied by parent/guardian), and at the corner lot on 13th Ave and Retallack St.

Cash: there are ATMs located at Safeway, Brandees, Scotiabank, the Mercury Café, the Artesian, Macs, Shannon’s Pub, and in front of 13th Avenue Food & Coffee House. Most of our artisans & food vendors work on a cash basis.

Bike Valet: Bicycle and Stroller Parking is located in Holy Rosary Park just north of the Big Top Tent. Parking is pay-what-you-can. Note: personal items left at your own risk.

Beer Tent: 11am - 6pm. The Regina Rowing Club will be serving up cold beer to quench your thirst inside the Cathedral Neighbourhood Centre.

SAFETY FIRST!

First Aid: St. John Ambulance is centrally located beside the Information Booth in front of the Cathedral Neighbourhood Centre opposite Safeway (spots #415 & 417 on the map).

Large crowds = lost family members: Make a plan with your children. Give them your cell phone number in case you get separated.

Questions? find a Street Marshal (wearing a bright vest) for help, questions or emergencies.

Pets, bikes, and skateboards: Keep them away from the crowds on the Street Fair route and Holy Rosary Park. Bike Valet is in Holy Rosary Park. *Please* leave your pets at home so they aren’t frightened or stepped on among the huge crowd!
