The schedule for June 30th is up.
If you are working on Monday and Tuesday with Daylin and Shelsy, you only need your back of house shirt and you can bring any pants because we will be using bleach!! (appropriate pants/shorts)
You also only need your back of house shirt if you are working with Sabina on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday!
If you have any questions about the schedule, please email Janet.
If you need to leave early from an event you have to tell your manager at the beginning of the shift, not at the time you have to go.
If you DO NOT sign the book, remember it is your money and your responsibility.
Any questions about your shifts contacts Janet in advance.
Make sure to bring your front and back of the house uniforms when you come to work. Also, be sure to show up 15 minutes before your call time and be on time for your events otherwise you will be sent home. If you are late for ANY REASON be sure to CALL YOUR MANAGER and let them know!
TO REQUEST A DAY OFF, YOU MUST FILL OUT A REQUEST OFF FORM AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE TO ENSURE IT WILL BE HONORED!! IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED, IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND A REPLACEMENT!

During Events
Work is not the time for hanging around chatting and wasting time.
We do NOT want to see you with your phones out texting/checking social media, etc!
Everyone, PLEASE make sure you have all of the pieces to your new uniform. Make sure the pants are hemmed! NO exceptions.
ALWAYS bring your front AND back-of-house uniforms to ALL events.
Makes sure to ask your event manager for approval to use employee meal swipes. Only one swipe per event, four hours worked is allowed.
Going Green
Good Tidings Catering is cooperating with the Office of Sustainability on campus to become Bronze Certified. Please make sure you are properly recycling and composting throughout events. Only food and specially marked compostable materials should be thrown in the compost. If you are unsure of where something should be thrown out, please throw it out in the trash.

UNIFORM INFORMATION
Wear your back of the house uniform (dining services polo, black pants, ALL black shoes) to all events and bring your front of the house uniform with you. All of the details are available HERE. Also, we will have hard copies available in the office. Thank you.
REQUESTS OFF
Remember, you MUST request OFF 2 weeks prior to the Tuesday in the week of your request off. Any late request offs may not be honored. Please find a replacement if your request off was late and not honored. Please communicate with your manager so they know. Thanks!
