The focal point for the Castle Combe Historical Society was the Village Museum. Unfortunately the building which housed the collection became unavailable late in 2011 and so the collection has been temporarily moved into storage. It is still together, however, and work is underway to find another site in the village to display the artifacts.
In the mean time, this website serves to provide historical information about the village along with some notable events in the life of the museum.
The historical society remains active so feel free to get in touch if you have questions about the village or your ancestors: email@example.com
