The owners, Alex & Giuseppe met in North Palm Beach. After some time, they decided to form a partnership that would combine their diverse business and life experiences to open a distinctive bistro on Lake Park's Park Avenue Arts District. This venture is called Casper's on Park, named after Giuseppe's dog, Casper, who is also proudly displayed in their logo.  

    Giuseppe Cianflone studied at Liceo Artistico in Roma Italy, and at the prestigious École hôtelière de Lausanne in Paris, France.  His professional career started as a busboy in Paris, France, where he worked his way up the ladder to management and eventually ownership positions.  At one time, Giuseppe owned and managed Metropolis Café in New Orleans.  Alex Urrutia was born in Argentina and started his career in home improvement and business management. They are a dedicated team and ready to exceed your dining expectations!
