• Create awareness of the need and importance of sustainable development such as watersheds.

• Actively work to protect the environment from unnatural disasters caused by contamination and indiscriminate use of natural resources while defending the values ​​and adaptation of economic inheritance, political and social development of people in regards to the challenges posed by globalization.

• Engaging Casma Global Project in the worldwide or similar establishments, such as starting a goal with its involvement in the technological innovation center "Zurich ETZ" of  Switzerland and Cambridge as in Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom; to achieve technical, scientific and financial support.

• Develop a new economic policy based on modernization and technological advancement that can enable the Indigenous communities adapt to the globalized times we are living.

• To advocate within the Peruvian/European Legislation: in favor to create and maintain a global level of conditions; be it competitive, balance in the environment and the carbon footprints for research and advanced development for subsequent commercialization of results. This will ensure the formation of a new generation of high-level specialists in the priority areas of technological developments, with a new educational clusters.

• Promote the formation of the complete cycle of the innovation process within the "CDITEC"  (Center for Development and Technological Innovation, Science and Economics) and CIDH as the core of the first agrarian city of Peru and the world and its territory, which includes education, research, experimental development and commercialization of its results; local, regional, national and international.

• Establish an exchange between European & Peruvian institutes developing an exchange through mutual contributions which will enact ​​financing and investment activities related to the organization of the process of participatory innovations.


Also we plan to advocate the following innovations with different establishments in the following areas:


a. Clean renewable energy, promoting efficiency, rationing, sustainability and new technologies.

b. Systems programming and software development.

c. Mining, petroleum and hydrocarbon sustainable and sustained.

d. Aeronautical and maritime industry with next-generation systems for telecommunications and navigation.

e. Civil engineering and road construction transport and housing.

f. Organic agriculture, agribusiness, hydraulic,

hydrological, organic fertilizer, and seed bank.

g. Biomedicine and Biotechnology.

h. Others.
