July 22, 2002 -- an especially pretty horsefly at the Florida Botanical Garden posed for a photograph. While flies have a nasty reputation they aren't nearly as nasty as humans are to each other. How easy it is for humans to argue. Humans are so eager to insult each other. Humans are quite happy to abuse each other. I say all of this because I nearly got into an argument over a newspaper this morning but did not do so ... because I understand the stess that people suffer and also because such an argument would have interfered with my waiting for the sunrise. The best argument is the argument that never happens. There's a lot to be said on behalf of silence. Humans would probably be much better off if our species never invented the spoken and written word. It is quite remarkable and sad to notice how much time humans invest in preserve their worst memories, their hatred, their prejudices, and their evil wishes. I prefer to devote my mind to beauty instead.

Deed Profits Today-Your Guide To Florida Tax Deed Investing
No hype. No inflated truths. No exaggeration. You can make EXCEPTIONAL profit by buying tax deeds in Florida. In some cases, you may find that property is sold at the tax deed auctions for little more than what is owed in back taxes. This guide shows you how to monopolize on this unique buying opportunity and how it can be done.

Years of investing in real estate has given me insights into the intricacies of tax delinquent properties and strategies for investments. In addition to techniques for purchasing tax deeds, you’ll also find valuable information about: how to locate the property owners to buy direct before the auction occurs, how to locate escheated property owned by the city or county, buying over the counter tax deeds, my approach for locating county surplus and step by step instructions with copies of emails and responses. I have also included a county directory, my life cycle flow chart and statute explainations.

As a Florida native and second generation investor, I have acquired the skills to help others get started in this lucrative venture. My goal is to give you the tools that you need to become a confident investor in tax deeds. While much of the information may pertain to many states, I chose to focus on Florida. This allows me to provide you with specific details and step-by-step instructions. Tax lien and deed processes vary widely by state. Attempting to provide a national perspective would dilute our content.

My family has a long history in purchasing and selling distressed properties in Florida. By using resources that are available to the public, we have located and obtained property titles in Florida from a variety of sources, such as bankruptcy, foreclosure, escheated property, tax sales, tax deed, list of lands, lender auctions, county held certificates, distressed owners, investor networking, bank sales and government sales.
