WELCOME to the Carlton County Farmer's Market. Our farmers and artisans bring you locally-grown, fresh-picked fruits and vegetables from June to October, as well as breads, jams, jellies and canned goods, honey and maple syrup, eggs, meat, flowers, plants, body care products and fine crafts.

We have two market sites. In Cloquet, the Market is open Saturday mornings from 9 am to 12 pm in the parking lot of Premiere Theatres, 904 Hwy 33 S. Early-bird shoppers are welcome during set-up, which starts at 8 a.m. This season we celebrate our 35th year, with the Annual Plant Sale on opening day, games for kids, samplings of market products, a monthly drawing for a basket full of market goodies, free home-roasted coffee, and our 3rd annual Harvest Festival in September.

The Carlton Market is open Tuesdays from 4 to 6 pm. This afternoon Market offers a convenient place and time to shop after work or school. It's located at the Four Seasons Sports Complex/Event Center in Carlton, just west of town. Set-up starts at 3 p.m., and early-bird shoppers are welcome.

Each week brings new seasonal produce and artisanal products to the Farmers Market. Longtime vendors and new members are always willing to answer your questions and talk about their wares. Check out our Vendor page for a list of the farmers and artisans who are Members of the Carlton County Farmers Market.

The Carlton County Farmers Market continues its partnership with the

Cloquet Salvation Army Food Shelf. Our farmers donate a portion of their unsold fruits and vegetables from the Saturday Market to bring fresh produce to the food shelf guests. In 2016, our first year, we donated 586 pounds, and we hope to match or exceed that amount in 2018.

We are also joining Carlton County's "One Vegetable One Community" project again in 2018. This year's vegetable is the tasty, nutritious and colorful squash, in all its forms from zucchini to pumpkin to Butternut. Look for free seeds and transplants at the Market in June, along with a plethora of delicious squash for sale in the fall.

Look for updates on the Carlton County Farmers' Market Facebook page and in the Pine Journal, or email us at contact@carltoncountyfarmersmarket.com.   See you at the Market!
