Battlefield Guide Normandy Battlefield Tours Carl has worked as a freelance adviser and battlefield guide in areas such as Normandy in France; Arnhem, Nijmegen and Oosterbeek in Holland; and Salerno, Anzio and Monte Cassino in Italy since 1998. Since 2009, however, Carl's battlefield guiding commitments have been, and continue to be, concentrated on the Normandy battlefields as a result of his publishing and research commissions that are presently focused on this particular battlefield. Right of centre, 91 year old, Normandy Veteran, Mr (Trooper) Frank Worrall. Served with 'A' Squadron, 3rd Reconnaissance Regiment, Reconnaissance Corps, Royal Armoured Corps. 2015 Tours Battlefield Tours group, 4th October 2015. Centre is 93 year old, Sicily and Italian Campaign Veteran, Mr Donald Roberts. Served with No.2 Field Force Headquarters and 255 (Nightfighter) Squadron, Royal Air Force.
