About me

Currently, I am Professor of Machine Learning at Halmstad University, Halmstad, Sweden and a Researcher at the Graduate Program in Computer Science (PPGIA) of the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUCPR), Curitiba, Brazil. In the past I was an Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of Technology of Parana (UTFPR), Cornélio Procópio, Brazil, where I was also the Head of the Graduate Program in Informatics (PPGI)  (From December 2012 to December 2015).

My main research interests are:
