WELCOME to 2016 Open Gym
We will attempt to have an open gym one night per week. Open gym is for any wrestler, or athlete interested in wrestling, that wants to use the off season to their advantage. Open gym will provide many opportunities:
The format of open gym will be very loose. We will complete a 5-10 minute structured warm-up. Following that participants will be free to work on the area of fitness and performance that they are interested in. At least one coach will be present to give guidance and maintain safety.
Open gyms will be scheduled around Middle school track competitions, but are open to all ages. Open Gym night may change from week to week so check the calendar frequently.
