INTERESTED IN BECOMING A VENDOR?

Thank you for your interest in our Market.

NEW VENDORS are always welcome to join us for the season, or on individual Market days.

Although we encourage Vendors to participate weekly, regular attendance is not required.

On or before the first day you participate, please complete the Vendor Registration Form either

online (below) or download the Vendor Information Form and return to the contact listed on the form.

MARKET HOURS - SUNDAYS 11:00 am – 2:00 pm. Vendors must be set up by 11:00 am and remain in place until closing time at 2pm. After unloading your display items, please move your vehicle to the margins of the parking lot . In 2022 the regular season included 11 Sunday Markets from June 26 – Sept 4 (Labour day wkd).

After the regular season, Charity Markets will be held:

  • Thanksgiving Market

  • CHRISTMAS MARKET


VENDOR SITES:
All Vendors are located under the roofed Arena area. Vendor space allotments (approx 10 ft wide with vacant space between each Vendor’s area)* will be arranged around the arena perimeter, and along a central aisle.

There are RESERVED and UN-RESERVED Vendor spaces.


VENDOR FEES 2022:
UN-RESERVED – DAILY rate: $10/day… spaces are chosen on a first come basis each Market day.

RESERVED – SEASONAL rate: $75/season… spaces are allotted to Vendors for the entire season and must be paid on or before the first Market day. No refunds on SEASONAL payments for days missed.

All Daily or Seasonal fee payments to be made in cash only.

VENDORS 80+ YEARS rate: free

CHARITY MARKETS held at Thanksgiving (Oct. 9) and Christmas (Nov. 13).


TABLES & CHAIRS:
Each Vendor must provide their own tables, and chairs. At the end of the Market day (2pm) all items must be removed from the Market area.

VENDORS SELLING EDIBLE GOODS:
The HEALTH UNIT form is available at www.myhealthunit.ca under the "Public Health Services - Community Events and Farmers' Markets" (click here). This form must be completed and submitted to the Health Unit at least 15 days prior to the event. A copy of your form must be sent to Wanda on or before your first day participating at the Market. Wanda: wanda1_davis@hotmail.com. This form must be brought with you on the days you are participating at the Market.


PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO ELECTRICAL OUTLETS IN THE MARKET AREA.

THERE IS A WASHROOM IN THE ADJACENT COMMUNITY CENTRE.

* All Vendors & Visitors at the Market will follow official COVID protocols in effect, on the date of the Market
