A warm welcome to our website from the doctoral research group of the Cardiff Centre for Crime, Law and Justice (CCLJ)! Our FREE one-day conference is being held on the 19th December at Cardiff University's School of Social Sciences. The conference is funded by the University Graduate College and is being run in conjunction with the CCLJ.

On this website you will find all the information you should require about the conference including contact details, travel directions and in due course the full programme for the day.

Hopefully you will already have read our Call for Papers. If you are interested in presenting at the conference, please click on the link to the left and complete the form. Please note: all delegates (presenting or not) need to REGISTER your attendance for the conference.

About the conference:

The conference committee welcome abstracts from postgraduate researchers at all stages of their doctoral research, including those in the formative stages or who are nearing submission. The conference will be an excellent opportunity to disseminate your research to a criminological audience and to listen to other researchers at a similar stage of their careers.

The keynote presentation at the end of proceedings will be given by Professor Tim Newburn (London School of Economics). Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day and there will also be a wine reception following the conference.
