Food Pantries and Food Resources

CAP provides the following resources to individuals and families in Madison County who are hungry or struggling to stretch food dollars:
  • SNAP (Food Stamp) Assistance:  CAP helps individuals and families access the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program through outreach workers supported by a grant from the Nutrition Outreach and Education Program (NOEP).  Our NOEP Coordinators can help you determine if you may be eligible, complete the application process, and connect to additional local food resources.

  • Food Pantries:  The Cornell Cooperative Extension Building - Coordinated by Morrisville Community Church - 100 West Eaton Street, Back Entrance  Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am to Noon
