So far so good!

Its been two weeks and so far, so good. I've been riding three times a week incrementing from 30 to 45 min to an hour. Just getting my legs and lungs used to exercising. Next step is to start incorporating the swim and diet change, no more breakfast burritos :-( I'm looking forward to this phase.
 
Oh yeah, I may have spent some money on training equipment, just the basics for triathlon training ;-)
