5 cups of whole wheat flour (about 1 kilo)
110 grs. butter melted
2 teaspoon of yeast powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cups of warm milk mix with water
In a bowl mix the flour and salt into a hole in the center and add the yeast dissolved in a little warm water and a pinch of sugar.Add the melted butter and then milk mixture and warm water to bond better.
Knead until dough is fluffy.
Place the dough in a rectangular buttered pan to loaf .
Let stand covered for 30 minutes cover with a kitchen towel.
Preheat the oven at 190°c
Then bake for about 25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Remove from oven and let cool covered by a cloth.
When cool can be cut into slices
