White chocolate mousse in Ice cream cones

 

Ingredients ( about 12 little cones)

3 tablespoon of  heavy  cream

250 grs. white chocolate

1/4 cup of butter

3/4 cup of icing sugar

4 eggs

12 cones

1 cup of whipped cream to garnish

freeze berries or fresh berries


Method

In a bowl place the heavy cream and beat for several minutes.

Store  in  the fridge.

Besides in a saucepan melt white chocolate in double boiler.

In another bowl beat the butter with half of sugar. add the melted chocolate stirring wel

until to be homogeneous..

Beat yolks with remaining sugar and fold into chocolate mixture.

Beat  whites with a pinch of salt  until stiff and add to mixture.


Finally add the whipped cream that is reserved in the refrigerator and fill ice cream cones, keeping the freezer for at least 5 hours.

When are ready to  serve decorate with a little whipped cream and some  berries. (fresh or freeze)
