1 sheet puff pastry dough

or red chile
227 grs (8 oz) cream cheese Philadelphia
50 grs grated cheese
40 grs. chopped waltnuts
salt and pepper
sesame seeds to garnish
or pumpkin seeds
Finely chop the pepper or chili.
