Curry shrimp with ginger and cilantro

Ingredientes(6 servings)


2 tablespoon vegetal oil

500 grs. prawns or shrimp

(freeze or fresh)

1 red pepper in julienne without seeds

1 green pepper in julienne without seeds

2 green onions in slices

1/2 tablespoon  of ginger powder or fresh

1 garlic clove

1/2 tablespoon of curry powder

1 cup of milk coconut


1 lemon (the juice)

1 tablespoon of cilantro chopped



In a saucepan or wok, heat the oil over medium heat, saute a little praise shrimp,
stir and remove the shrimp.

set aside

Reduce the heat from the fire add the julienne peppers, and green onions , cook for about three minutes.

Stir in garlic, ginger and curry. saute 2 minutes always stirring and pour the coconut milk

Reduce heat and simmer again for about 6 suva minutes,
 season with salt to taste and add the shrimp apart
then add the lemon juice and cilantro, stir, remove and serve with a little chopped cilantro immediately.
