Raspberry and yogurt mousse

Ingredients (6 servings)

 

 

 300 grs. of freeze raspberries

3 tablespoons of sugar or splenda

300 grs.cottage cheese

250 grs.of greek yogurt

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 teaspoon of lemon juice

chocolate pieces to garnish

Method

In a blender or processor grind the raspberries and sugar.
If you want to sift through to remove seeds. in this case I didn't.
For a thicker yogurt can be left for a while on a sieve to discard the whey
(about 1 hour)
In blender again  place the yogurt, cottage cheese, and grinded  raspberries,
vanilla and lemon juice until a smooth texture.
Divide between glasses and refrigerate for about two hours.
 garnish with chocolate and raspberries.
