Raspberries and greek yogurt Ice cream

Ingredients

500 grs. raspberries fresh or freeze

450 grs. greek yogurt

1 Sweetened Condensed Milk


Tip: If you can't use condensed milk, use 280 ml of heavy cream and use 1/2 cup of Splenda

METHOD

In a blender or other  machine process the raspberries, when are ready add  the condensed milk.

Process again until are like a cream.


Then go to a bowl and add the greek yogurt and stirring well until all be mixed.


Put the mixture in the freeze until the ice take consistency, then process until mixture is creamy.

Repeat this a few times.


If you have a Ice cream machine you will put the cream when is ready in the Ice cream machine and follow the manufacturer's instructions

 

After serving keep the Ice cream  in the freezer
