4 chicken thighs
4 thin bacon in slices
green pepper in slices
1/2 cup white wine
2 teaspoon soya sauce
1 clove garlic chopped
1/2 onion chopped
salt and pepper
Carefully remove the bones from the chicken thighs, making them a cut and remove the skin, and marinate with soy sauce, crushed garlic and grated onion, salt and pepper.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Stretch each thigh on a kitchen table, place inside some green pepper strips,
roll and wrap each one in a thin strip of bacon, you can set with a toothpick.
Besides preparing a soy sauce, white wine and water.
Place rolls in a microwave-safe dish, bath them with the prepared sauce.
Cook for about 20 to 25 minutes on high power in microwave.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
If you want cook more add only 1 cook 2 minutes or not more,
Serve with salads. I serve with avocado slices.
