Ingredients (3 servings)
2 cups of plain yogurt (340 grs.)
1 large ripe mango in slices
2 teaspoon of grated orange
2 tablespoon of orange juice
3 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cardamom
6 to 8 ices cubes
In a blender place 2 natural yoghurt (340 grs.)
Add the ripe mango peeled and in slices, orange zest, orange juice, sugar, blend, add the cardamom and cube ices.
Blend until mixture is smooth.
Pour into cups or glasses and serve immediately.
