Mango,cardamom and orange lassi

 

Ingredients (3 servings)

 2 cups of plain yogurt (340 grs.)

1 large ripe mango  in slices

2 teaspoon of grated orange

2 tablespoon of orange juice

3 tablespoon of sugar

1/2 teaspoon of cardamom

6 to 8 ices cubes

Method

In a blender place 2 natural yoghurt (340 grs.)

 Add the  ripe mango peeled and in slices​​, orange zest, orange juice, sugar, blend, add the cardamom and cube ices.

 Blend until mixture is smooth.

 Pour into cups or glasses and serve immediately.
