Fusilli with prawns and basil


Ingredients (4 servings)

500 grs. fusilli paste

1 clove garlic chopped


ground black pepper to taste

2 tablespoon fresh basil chopped

olive oil

150 grs. prawns fresh or freeze

2 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese



Fill a pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the fusilli, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm .


While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat,
and cook by a while prawns, garlic with pepper and salt.
In a pan or a bowl mix the fusilli,prawns, 1 tablespoon of grated cheese and add the basil.
Stir slowly.


Serve  topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
