500 grs fresh apricots (or a apricots jar)
100 cl of milk
5 tablespoon of semolina
150 grs. sugar
1 teaspoon of almond extract
50 grs. butter
Preheat oven to 180 ° .
Divide evenly apricots in greased ramekins. Beat the eggs with a fork.
