Classic fudge-walnut Brownies


200 grams all purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup unswetened cocoa
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chunks
1/3 cup fat free milk
4 tablespoon of butter melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs beaten
1/2 chopped walnuts divided


Preheat oven to 180C

Weigh or lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups, level with a knife.
Combines flour and nex 5 ingredientes (sugar,cocoa,brown sugar,baking powder and salt)
in a large bowl.
Combine 1/2 cup of chocolate and milk in a microwave safe (personnally I put all the chocolate chunks with milk and was so good) bowl., microwave at high 1 minute strirring after 30 seconds.
Stir in butter,vanilla and eggs. Add milk mixture, 1/2 cup chocolate (if you melt only 1/2 cup)and 1/4 cup of nuts to flour mixture stir to combine.

Pour the batter into a square metal baking pan coated with cooking spray or oil, sprinkle over the batter with remaining nuts.
Bake for 22 minutes or until a wooden pick insertedin center comes out with moistcrumbs clinging.
Cool in pan on a wire rack.
Cut into 20 pieces.
