Calzone de mozzarella



Ingredients (6 servings
dough

2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2/3 cup of warm water
1/4 cup of sunflower oil or similar

100grs. of ham (optative)
200 grs. mozzarella cheese grated or in slice
1 cup of cherry tomatos
1/2 cup chopped waltnuts
1 tablespoon of red pepper chopped
1 tablespoon green pepper choped
 
method


 In a bowl mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Add oil and water and mix well.
Knead by a time and make a ball. Set aside for 20 minutes.

After that  extend the dough with a roll pin and brush with oil-
Place over dough the grated cheese, ham, cherry tomatos (I cut in two parts) chopped
waltnuts and red pepper  and green pepper chopped.

Roll this dough and close like a big empanada.
Over them brush with oil  and  powder with  some sea salt.
Preheast oven at 190° c.
Bake by  20 to 25 minutes or util the dough is golden..
Serve hot and add some tomatos sauce if you like.
