Avocado Ice cream with strawberry sauce


Ingredients (6 servings)

3 ripe avocados pitted,
peel and mashed
200 grs. sugar
1 cup of water
1 1/2  cup of cream whipped
pinch of salt
 1 lemon the juice

Note: As you know I dont have a machine Ice cream still but if you have one you can make in it like other Ice cream.

Peel and pit the avocados. Heat the water and sugar to dissolve by a while. let cool.
Mix the avocados, lemon juice,pinch of salt,  water and sugar to a blender and puree. Transfer the mixture to a medium mixing bowl, add the heavy cream and whisk to combine. Place the mixture into the refrigerator , approximately 3 to 4 hours.
After the first hour beat and freeze again.

Tip: Some persons add basil leaves ( when you blend the avocado)
I hadn't but I think would be nice.

Strawberries sauce
For this avocado Ice cream I made a strawberry sauce if you like.

250 grs. freeze or fresh strawberries (or raspberries)
1/2 cup of sugar for jam
1 cup of water
