REGISTERING

REGISTRATION IS OPEN

(Early Bird Deadline is June 15)

Note that the "PAYMENT DUE DATE" for the "Early Bird Discount Fee" is June 15th. If you are registering after June 15th, the "Payment Due Date" of the full fees is one (1) week following your on-line pre-registration (unless there is a "Possible Wait List" or "Wait List").

Three steps to register:

Step 1. Complete the on-line Pre-Registration Form at the bottom of this page and click "Submit" (if there is a Possible Wait List or Wait List see the WAIT LIST note below);

Step 2. If you are pre-registering before June 15th, download the "$100 Deposit Payment Form" at the bottom of this page and send the form along with a $100 deposit (cheque or credit card) to the Scout Office within one (1) week to hold your spot at the camp, or you can submit the full fees and the "Full Registration/Payment Form" within one week -see Step #3. If the camp is showing a "Possible Wait List" or a "Wait List" you do not need to send in the deposit until you are notified that space is available. If we do not receive payment within one week of your booking, you will loose your spot if the camp is starting a Wait List.

Step 3. Download the "Full Registration/Payment Form" (4 page form) at the very bottom of this page and send it to the Scout Office along with payment of the full fees on or before the "Payment Due Date" (cheque or credit cards accepted). Note that the Full Registration/Payment Form and the full fees must be sent to the Scout Office by June 15th to receive the Early Bird discount. If you are registering after June 15th, payment of full fees is due within one (1) week of your pre-registration (unless the camp is showing a "Wait List" or "Possible Wait List").

WAIT LISTS

If a camp is showing a "Possible Wait List" or "Wait List" then proceed with the on-line Pre-Registration but do not pay any fee or deposit until you are notified that space is available. Note that the date and time of your on-line pre-registration will give you priority for the alternate week if you are Wait Listed for one of the camps.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must send an email to info@campwolfhowl.com requesting cancellation and with with the amount to be returned (refer to the Refunds policy below).

Refunds

  • Up to June 15th - 100% of fees or deposit refundable less a $50 administrative fee
  • After June 15th - 50% if fees refundable
