All campers must pay the full fee amount upon registration and then apply for any qualifying rebates. Rebates will be based on the final camp attendance and will be processed during the first week of the camp (note that the deadline to request a rebate is the first day of the camp).

BEFORE JUNE 15
If you are pre-registering your child before June 15th, click on the pre-registration link below and send in a $100 plus GST deposit within one (1) week to hold your spot at the camp, or you can submit your full fees and the "Full Registration Form". If we do not receive payment within one week of your booking, you will loose your spot if the camp is starting a Wait List. If the camp is showing a "Possible Wait List" or a "Wait List", proceed with your pre-registration but do not send in any payments until you are notified that space is available. If we do not receive payment by the payment due date, you will loose your spot if the camp is starting a Wait List.
AFTER JUNE 15
If you are registering after June 15th, the "Payment Due Date" of the full fees is one (1) week following the date of your on-line pre-registration (unless there is a "Possible Wait List" or "Wait List"). If we do not receive payment by the payment due date, you will loose your spot if the camp is starting a Wait List.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must send an email to info@campwolfhowl.ca requesting cancellation and with the amount to be returned in accordance with the following refund policy.
Up to June 15th - 100% of fees (or deposit) are refundable less a $50 administrative fee
After June 15th - 50% of fees are refundable (deposits are not refundable)
After July 7th - No refunds
All Campers must be pre-registered first before completing their full registration. If there is a "Possible Wait List" or "Wait List", proceed to pre-register your child but do not make any payment.

A parent/guardian must download the Full Registration Form, complete one form for each camper, print it, sign it, and email a copy to info@campwolfhowl.ca (click on the link below for the registration form). When your Full Registration Form and full payment have been received, you will receive your camp booking confirmation (confirmations take about a week to process).
Non-Scout Member Campers must also sign and submit a Hold-Harmless form (see link below).

Deposit Only Camp Fee - for temporarily holding a spot until full payment is made;
Early Bird "STANDARD" Fees if paid on or before June 15th;
Early Bird "SCOUT MEMBER" Fees if paid on or before June 15th;
"STANDARD" Fees if paid after June 15th;
"SCOUT MEMBER" Fees if paid after June 15th.
