Having purchased the Sigma 70-200 2.8 zoom a while back, I was having some second thoughts about not going with a used Nikon 80-200. A coworker of mine is selling off some old Nikon gear, so I brought his 80-200 2.8 home for a test drive. After shooting around with it, I have determined that I prefer the way that the Sigma handles. The Nikon is a push-pull design, whereas the Sigma is a two touch. The Nikon doesn't have a tripod collar, the Sigma does. The Nikon uses the old screwdrive AF system, which is slooow. I prefer the Sigma's HSM. The image quality of the Nikon is slightly better at ?/2.8, but only barely so. I did a lot of side-by-side comparing and pixel peeping, and I'm sticking with my Sigma. Who says third-party lenses can't compete with the big guys? Sure, it's no Nikon 70-200 VRII, but I'm not complaining. Strobist: SB-600 camera right, about 3 feet off the floor, through a white umbrella. TTL -1. SB-600 camera left, on little flat flash stand, bare, 85mm. TTL -1. Triggered with CLS on board flash.

The 90's Kodak DC200 Plus . . . . . . . . . . . . . Vs . . . . . . . . . . . . DSLR Canon Rebel XTi I dont use very often my DC200 since its big and heavy and drain 4xAA pretty fast but for a old point and Shot camera with a outdated 0.9 MP image sensor it does a decent job ( you can check result in my photostream ) For my Canon Rebel XTi I just Love iT ! it would be funny if I actually did a comparison of the images result from both camera but Im sure we already know the winner ;) That was just for fun I use my Canon A560 Camera to Shot comparison
