May 1, 2007 - All-Bran high fiber cereal - 13g net carbs per 1 oz. serving. I put Soy Slender low-carb chocolate soy milk on it (it's sweetened with Splenda). Pretty good, but I think I like old fashioned oatmeal better. I have since repented of the soy milk and all soy protein. Stay away from soy!
