Hey Guys! Im really loving this Spartan workout, mainly because it’s so damn intense. I havn’t been able to complete the whole routine without stopping, maybe tomorrow will be my day, well tomorrow is my last week 7 workout so if its gonna happen, tomorrow will have to be the day, we’ll see. I’ve been hitting up the blogs and everyone is going for gold, it’s nice to see. My HIIT this week has also been pretty intense, I know it’s pretty pointless to record the calories you burn during HIIT. But I do it anyway, because it’s a very good way to see if you are improving. Today I did 5 rounds, for a total of 22mins and burned 325 calories, gonna step it up a notch on Saturday. My diet this week has been pretty good, last time I updated I said I was consuming 1600 calories a day, I’ve had to step it up to 1800 calories, was getting too hungry during the day. It seems to be working just the same so I’m gonna stick with it. Well im really looking forward to my 300 Spartan workout tomorrow, even though I know it’s gonna kick my ass. But that’s what this program is all about. Gonna post some more progress pictures after I’ve completed week 7, so that’s on Sunday. A LITTLE HARD WORK NEVER KILLED ANYONE Peace!

Day one of photographing my meals for this group. I calorie count my meals just to maintain my healthy weight, so eat maybe 1800-2000 per day usually. I'm always looking for ideas, so find it useful to see other people's healthy-ish meal ideas; hopefully someone out there will be glad of mine. This was a homemade chicken and white bean stew with new potatoes, broccoli and courgettes. Stew: 291 New potatoes: 70 Vegetables: 62 Overall: 423 It was really nice actually, tasty and simple and healthy :)
