JACKED! Brute Force Prison Workout Secrets Revealed
JACKED! Brute Force Prison Workout Secrets Revealed
If you want to get ripped as fast as humanely possible...without spending any money, going to a gym or lifting a single weight...then this new book will show you how convicts in prison do it.

And how YOU can do the same thing.

The book is called:

JACKED! Brute Force Prison Workout Secrets Revealed

It's short (you can read it in less than 15 minutes), raw, and completely devoid of fluff.

It's based on research from one of the world's top fitness authors and shows you EXACTLY how even small, "stringy" men enter some of America's worst prisons... and end up putting on slabs of pure muscle onto their arms, legs, back and chest.

Here are some of the benefits you'll get from following the info in this book:

Watch extra body fat melt off your body quickly and naturally -- without changing your diet.
Pack tough and lean muscle onto your arms, legs, chest and back (making even your hardcore weight lifter friends secretly wonder if you're taking steroids!)
Become more flexible, limber and functionally strong. ("Functional" strength means survival -- it's what animals in the jungle have, and you will too.)
Build up more endurance in your entire body -- letting you perform feats of strength for extended periods of time without tiring. (This is based on the way your central nervous system connects to your muscles -- you'll see it all explained in "plain English" inside.)
Watch your shoulder, back, and joint pain fade away in as little as a few weeks as you toughen your limbs, knees, and elbows.
Experience better digestion, sleep and a sense of well being.
Feel waves of self confidence swell up inside you -- and start walking around like you're 10 feet tall and bullet proof. (Automatically making people back down and submit in your presence -- people will just KNOW you're a bad ass just by looking at you.)
Enjoy a resurgence in your sex drive you haven't had since you were a teenager! (It's a natural by-product of healthy blood flow from doing these exercises.)
Do your training anywhere and at any time -- in your bedroom, living room, hotel room and even a bathroom...everywhere you go becomes your own private gym.
Save hours of time each week (these exercises work fast to build muscle -- and can be done in just minutes per day).
And much, much more!
What's the "bottom line"?

Prisoners don't get ripped and huge with steroids or lifting weights.

They can't.

Prisons removed weights decades ago because they didn't want to breed bigger and stronger criminals when they got out. So in order to survive inmates have to use "alternative" ways to gain a ripped chest and back...with rock-hard, "steel trap" arms and legs...in order to keep the predators (including savage homosexual rapists who like to turn "new fish" inmates into their own private sex toys) from even thinking about preying on them.

In prison there's no time to mess around.

You either get big and ripped FAST...or you're meat!

This book will show you exactly how they get ripped.

If you buy "JACKED!" today, you'll also get a free copy of "Brute Force Push-Ups" -- which shows you a secret way (used by the Russian Special Forces) to build a huge chest in 1 month (or less) doing nothing but push-ups and without even breaking a sweat.

This is advanced information not 1 in 1000 weightlifters know.

83/365 - Half way there...gotta work harder!
#83 of my project 365 At 223 lbs. I feel great. This is the lowest weight I have seen in probably 10 years. I started this process at 283 lbs. I had been hovering around 275 to 285 lbs. for years. The Divorce prompted the first 10 lb. loss and then I began to eat right 6 times a day and workout using the P90X system. I have fallen off the wagon a few times but have always managed to climb right back on. I feel like I am about half way to where I want to be which is Bad Ass Fit Ninja Style. So over the next 45 to 60 days I hope to see some dramatic results because I am at a point now that the weight is gone but I still feel a little loose in the cage yet. The muscle is coming. I feel it in my chest, arms, shoulders and back the most but my legs are looking cut as well now. My abs are still under there and not showing the way I want them too but they are there and they are hard. I will keep working on that. So.. this is not an easy one to post but its where I am right now in my transformation. The process is not just physical. Mentally this has taken me on an absolutely awesome journey. I can't express how satisfying this all has been and the confidence I have gained is priceless. Thank you all for your support and for putting up with my ranting and updates through the process. Peace and love to my peeps! Thanks M for the extra workouts ;o) XXOO
