This is before it set and I stirred it all together... Baked Four Cheese Pasta 4 slices bacon, chopped fine 1 small onion, chopped fine 2 garlic cloves, minced 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream 3/4 pound penne or ziti (about 4 cups) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup grated parmesan 1 cup frozen peas pepper 1 cup shredded Italian 4-cheese blend (or any Italian cheese blend, from 3 to 7 cheeses) 1. Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position and heat oven to 500 degrees. 2. Cook bacon, onion and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until onion is softened, about 5 minutes. Add broth, cream, pasta and salt, cover and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender, about 15 minutes. 3. Off heat, stir in parmesan and peas and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to 2-quart casserole dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and spotty brown, about 5 minutes. From Cook's Country magazine

Whole wheat tortilla, 98% fat free low sodium ham from the deli, swiss cheese (it's low sodium naturally and very good for you). 1 tbs of bbq sauce (low sodium of course) sprinkled top with 1-2% shredded cheese. Heat at 350 until cheese is all melted. Very quick and easy meal in a rush and HEALTHY, low sodium, and low fat :) We also did a variation with 1-2tb of salsa instead of bbq sauce and no ham.
