• "How Many" was the leading single from the motion picture soundtrack for the film Circuit. It was released on December 3rd, 2002 and was Dayne's last single for five years, until the 2007 release of "Beautiful".
• Start with two sets of ten. After two to three weeks you should be able to increase to sets of 15. When you feel ready increase to three sets.
crunches
• Crush (a hard or brittle foodstuff) with the teeth, making a loud but muffled grinding sound
• Make such a sound, esp. when walking or driving over gravel or an icy surface
• A form of abdominal exercise which sees you crunch your legs and stomach together. Can be done with legs on a bench.
• Strike or crush noisily
• The crunch is one of the most common abdominal exercises. It primarily works the rectus abdominis.
• an exercise performed by "curling" the midsection to draw the base of the ribcage and the hips as close together as possible; the hip joints themselves should not move during the movement and are usually held at a 90-degree angle by putting the lower legs on a chair or bench with one's back on

• (calorie) a unit of heat equal to the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of one kilogram of water by one degree at one atmosphere pressure; used by nutritionists to characterize the energy-producing potential in food
• The energy needed to raise the temperature of 1 kilogram of water through 1 °C, equal to one thousand small calories and often used to measure the energy value of foods
• (caloric) thermal: relating to or associated with heat; "thermal movements of molecules"; "thermal capacity"; "thermic energy"; "the caloric effect of sunlight"
• Either of two units of heat energy
to burn
• to steal or to gain something dishonestly. I had a Tibetan Bell on my altar and somebody took it. They really burned me . Or politically - The ship-yard bosses are burning the workers.

Crunch - Super SlimDown: Pilates Yoga Blend
Drawing the most effective and fun elements from yoga and Pilates, fitness instructor Ellen Barrett offers a workout of the high quality viewers have come to expect from the Crunch series. With Crunch: Super SlimDown , you'll burn calories, create and tone lean muscles, and improve your stamina and overall shape.

So here's a portrait of yoga in the 21st Century: this ancient discipline, created thousands of years ago to enhance the meditative experience (the asanas or poses commonly used in hatha yoga were in fact designed to enable meditators to sit quietly, calmly and comfortably for hours on end), is now "a total body blast," with users urged to "get hard core" and "feel the groove," all so "your torso will look buff." At least that's how Ellen Barrett, the relentlessly sunny instructor featured in Crunch Yoga's Super SlimDown: Pilates Yoga Blend, sees it. But while that approach may sound pretty frightening to traditionalists, this can't in fairness be viewed as a typical yoga video; nor does Barrett, who commingles power yoga moves and what she describes as "core-conditioning power pilates," make any claims that it is. Many of the poses--including Warrior II, extended right angle, cobra, locust, and others--will certainly be familiar to yogis. But instead of holding these poses for several breaths, as is common, Barrett takes a more aerobic approach, "pulsing" in and out of positions as if this were a calisthenics class; while that doesn't do much to promote stretching, it does generate a lot of heat and calorie burning. Same goes for the pilates portions, which involve a lot of leg lifts, abdominal work, and other mat-based exercises. One might wish that the instruction were more detailed when it comes to proper breathing, alignment, and so on; it's also a bit paradoxical that while the "Crunch philosophy" states that their fitness programs are designed for "people from all walks of life regardless of shape, size, or ability," the only folks we see onscreen are uniformly attractive, bare-midriffed young women in amazing shape. But hey, whatever. Call it what you will, this is a fast-moving, reasonably challenging program that will likely find favor with many. --Sam Graham
