>> I am glad to send positive words about service.  When I called my insurance company, they told me I would get a call from a company and an automated call from the insurance company.  Mr. Charley called me, came to my home and jump-started my car.  He was timely, friendly, and quick about his work.  Mr. Charley had come, started the car, and left, by the time the automated call came to say he was on his way. 

If that happens to me again, I hope Mr. Charley is somewhere near to help me out!

>> I received a tire change on Thanksgiving night, and I have to say the gentleman was very courteous. It took him a while to get to our location, partly because we had to stop at an un-familiar part of the highway. Even then he was patient and very helpful. Great service all around!

>>  On September 4, 2011, I experienced a flat tire in my garage and I had to use my Roadside Assistance for the first time. The dispatcher indicated that “Call Charlie” would come to my home to change the tire. Within the prescribed time, “Call Charley” came to my home to change my flat tire. An automated system called me to confirm that help had arrived. The gentleman was punctual, professional and very pleasant to work with. I was very happy with the communication from the Roadside Assistance dispatcher and the service from “Call Charlie”.

>>> My car wouldn’t start this afternoon so I called Good Sam’s Emergency Road Service with whom I have a contract.  Within 45 minutes Purvis Rollins was here!  I was impressed with the quick turnaround time.  He was extremely knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful.   He got the car started and gave me several suggestions to keep it running, i.e. purchase a new battery and keep sufficient gas in it!

There is no trip like a round trip.  You leave home, you want to get back safely.

My day started with a frown being stranded on one of the busiest interstates in the country - right outside of Washington, D.C.  My car broke down on my way to work.

Through my AARP road plan, comes Call Charley to the rescue.  I have never in my 62 years on this planet experienced such competent and caring service.  Not only did Call Charley get my car started, he followed me into D.C. to make sure I didn't get stranded again, arranged for a mechanic to repair my car,  took me to my office, followed up with the repair to finish, and then contacted me.

I got off from work, picked up my car and happily drove home.  A round trip made possible by Call Charley!!!

Call Charley doesn't get a 10 - even an 11 might be too low.  Superior, gracious, and caring service -  at a reasonable cost - it doesn't get better than that.  AND, a follow up call just when I got home to make sure I had made it alright!!!

You're out and you have a problem with your car?  Call Charley!!!  You won't be disappointed.  I certainly will again.
