Please click the link below to register and find information about lodging, transportation, field trips, student competitions and scholarships for the 2016 Annual Meeting in San Jose, CA.  

7:00pm - 8:00pm: Informal Evening Mixer: Conference Hotel Lobby/Bar (Holiday Inn San Jose on 1st street near the airport) 


7:30am - 10:30am: Morning Registration at Conference Hotel Lobby
8:00am - 11:00am: Field Trip Check-in: Conference Hotel Lobby, unless your trip host has emailed you an alternate location. (Field trip times and descriptions are here)
5:30pm - 9:00pm: Evening Registration & BBQ: San Jose Woman's Club - Park at 10th Street Garage ($5-$8)

Saturday (All at SJSU!)
8:00am Coffee & Tea - Washington Square Hall
8:00am Sat. Registration - Washington Square Hall

8:00am Posters and Maps - Washington Square Hall

9:00am Presidential Plenary - Washington Square Hall
10:30am Paper Presentations and Vendors - Clark Hall 
6:00pm Awards Banquet - Tower Lawn - next to the Tower!
*We recommend parking at the 7th street garage on Saturday ($5)

Field trip check-in: Conference Hotel (Unless your trip leader has emailed you an alternative location.)

Also, there are a few field trips that have one or two spots up for grabs. If you want to sign up for one of these, please email Tiffany Seeley at or show up to the registration table at least a half an hour before the field trip is scheduled to depart. (There are only a couple of spots left in each of these, so we can't guarantee you a spot if someone else signs up before you!)
