I am a Research Fellow in the Risk and Resilience Programme at the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) in London.
 
Prior to joining ODI, I was a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Economics and Statistics "Cognetti de Martiis" of the University of Turin. Previous to that, I was Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Faculty of Economics & Business of the University of Leuven (KU Leuven), a Research Associate at the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW Berlin), and a Visiting Fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). I finished my PhD in Development Economics at Humboldt University, Berlin, in 2014. My PhD was funded by another Marie Curie Fellowship focused on the Economics of Conflict.
