CALA/NE Chapter Members Met Taiwan NCL Librarians at Rutgers

Director General, Dr. Shu-hsien Tseng of the National Central Library (NCL) in Taiwan, together with the Director of the Special Collection Division, Dr. Yu Hsiao-ming, and Chief Keng Li-chung,  came to visit Rutgers, for the event of Taiwan lecture on Chinese studies and the opening of a related exhibition on Oct. 18. Our CALA/NE Chapter members attended the lecture and exhibit and had a dinner meeting with Dr. Tseng and her two colleagues after the event. We learned many aspects of NCL's resources and programs.
