Vendor/Exhibitor Display Information

April 23 (1:00 pm - 8:15 pm) & April 24, 2014 (9:00 am - 4:30 pm)

CADDA is a two-day conference for families and professionals to get real life, evidenced based information that represents best practices around issues faced by individuals with developmental disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder. There will be keynote speakers daily, concurrent education sessions and vendor and non-profit exhibits.

• One 8 ft table with chair is provided per vendor/display. Tables will be assigned.

• Limited spaces are available for power. Please notify us ASAP if you require outlets.

• Vendor/Display fee: We request $50 per table only if selling products/services. Non-profits are free.

• Dinner &/or Lunch (and snacks/beverages during the 2-days) are available for vendors at a cost of $25 /per day /per person. (Advanced sign-up required.)

 Set-up: Wednesday, April 23rd by 11:30 am at the latest.

• Take-down: Thursday, April 24th at 4:45 pm (or earlier if main room empties)

• Please contact Carrie Connell at 519-685-8700, ext. 53367 if you need to make other arrangements.

• Note: please supply your own extension cords, special lighting and/or power bars necessary for your exhibits. We recommend representation at your display during supper/lunch to answer questions and provide information to attendees. Displays do not have to be manned throughout the entire event.

• The exhibitor’s property that is placed on display is exhibited at their own risk. Tables can be left set-up overnight. The venue will be security locked but not staffed overnight.
