 Our Club History

The goal of the Cabell Wayne Beekeepers Association is to educate and mentor members in the ART OF BEEKEEPING. Our members are from all walks of life and everyone is welcome.

The Cabell Wayne Beekeepers Association first meeting was March 16th, 1982 at the Lavalette Methodist Church, Lavalette Wv.  Our first president was Tom Leete.  We have only had three Presidents  Tom Leete, Carl Cornell and our current president Gabe Blatt, we still meet at the Lavalette Methodist Church.  The only active Charter Members are Gabe & Rhonna Blatt and George Godby.
