Refund Policy for ByTina Design
Due to the handmade and custom designs of our products ByTina Design has a strict NO RETURNS / NO EXCHANGE POLICY.
Once a transaction has been completed (i.e the buyer selected and paid for the items and ByTina Design has sent buyer the correct order) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect item, he/she must notify ByTina Design, before receiving the "incorrect" item. If a mistaken item is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, ByTina Design will send the correct item to the buyer free of charge.
All items purchased at any of our Craft / Street Fairs are "FINAL SALE."

Refund / Exchange Policy on Custom Hair Accessories, Tutus, and Crochet Designs.
Due to the custom design of our products, there are no refunds or exchanges on any custom order. Hair Accessories, Tutu Skirts, Tutu Dresses, Crochet Hats, Sweaters, Blankets, etc. are considered custom product and therefore there are no refunds on any orders. Custom Designs are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- a defect is evident and reported within 72 hours (3 business days) from date it was received,
- or in the event that the order was erroneously processed such as an error was made on size/color/style, compared to the original recorded order.
- damaged during shipping (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and must be reported within 72 hours after being received. Proof of damaged item must be submitted to ByTina Design within the 72 hour time period.)
All our products are subject to shipping charges when applicable. At checkout you may select to pick-up your order. Due to the custom handmade designs of our products, all sales are final. ByTina Design does, of course guarantee that the products you receive are made of impeccable handmade quality and meet the highest standards in every respect and works with customers to approve designs and custom work before custom orders are placed. Payment of orders are due in full when the order is placed. Orders are carefully packaged and shipped by standard or priority mail. Rush shipment is available on some items for an additional $5 and must be paid in advance. Please make your selection carefully before ordering and take any necessary measurements.
