Verbal bullying is when someone bullies you with words. For example: a bully calls you fat. The way to deal with verbal bullying is to act like you don't care about what the bully is saying. Your comeback should agree with the bully. This type of comeback does not feel normal; you have to stop and think before you say anything.
If you are being verbally bullied, you might want to practice or role play with your sibling, parent, or a close friend so that you are comfortable with your comebacks.
Don't react. It may get worse before it starts to gets better. But, hang in there. We know you can do it.
