668 Sixth Avenue, New York City, the former location of Charles R. Ruegger's "Bazar Francais", which was one of the United State's first and most respected importers of French cookware. The business existed as "Bazar Francais" from the late 19th century until 1975. This old sign was revealed earlier this year when the sign that had covered it for years was removed after the most recent business occupying the space closed.
