The Brain Drains took 10th place at 2012 DI Global Finals Competition

This past week (5/23-5/26) our Burtonsville ES 5th grade Destination Imagination (DI) Team, The Brain Drains, competed against 80 of the top DI teams from all around the world at the 2012 DI Global Finals in Knoxville Tennessee. They came in 10th place overall, and 4th place in Instant Challenge portion of the competition. They did their best to represent Burtonsville ES, and we are very proud of their effort and accomplishment this year.The Brain Drains team members are ... Destination Imagination is a non-profit organization that provides educational programs for students to learn and experience creativity, teamwork and problem solving.
