The Burr House Spinners & Weaver offers courses on topics of interest to weavers, spinners and other textile artists. 
Our courses range in difficulty from absolute beginner to advanced techniques. Our small class size offers a better learning experience. 
Loom equipment is provided for use during workshops unless otherwise specified. 

All courses take place at the Burr House Spinners and Weavers Guild 

at the 

Guild Hall 

at 530 Carrville Road, Richmond Hill

Course Group Request

Many courses are not listed but can be offered by request.

To make a group request for a particular course, collect a minimum of 4 participants along with their names and emails and your available times (weekends, weekdays, weeknights). Then email them to include the word COURSE GROUP REQUEST in the subject line. 

A guild member will set up the course for you based on your request and the availability of the instructor. She will then contact your course group and finalize dates, times and costs with you.
