The Guild participates in the following events to promote interest in spinning, weaving and related fibre arts 
and to provide an opportunity for the sharing of knowledge, skills and ideas among members of the community.

Richmond Hill Farmers Market

Fresh Family Fun! Be sure to visit us at Elgin Barrow Arena, where we'll have hands-on demonstrations and showcasing guild members’ artistry.

Canada, Eh!

The Burr House Spinners & Weavers Guild in partnership with the Richmond Hill Public Library will be hosting Jette Vandermeiden as she presents “Canada, Eh!” weaving traditions dating back hundreds of years as part of our 150th celebration.

Culture Day at the Richmond Hill Library

Doors Open - Richmond Hill

Doors Open Ontario is a provincewide celebration of community heritage.
