This site will provide a collection of information for our residents that was previously only available via email, such as the Application for Modifications form, and a calendar of events relevant to our community.
News in the Neighborhood
HOA fee's are due February 1st and July 1st each year.
The Burnt Hickory Directory is sent out by the HOA president each time there is an update.
Pool opens May 1st and closes September 30th each year - Pool rules are posted at the pool and available by request from the HOA president.
"Spring Aesthetics" for our properties are due by June 15th each year. The HOA president will send out a reminder letter each year in April.
Yearly Yard sale takes place every May. An email with information on how to participate will be sent out every April.
Please be aware that when you are painting your home, our builder used either Hardie Shingle (fiber cement shingles) or Cedar Shingles.
CEDAR shingles must be stained!
Hardie Shingles may be painted.
